3 Description
The LM20143 devices are full featured PowerWise™
1
Available in AEC-Q100 Temperature Grade 1
adjustable frequency synchronous buck regulators
Input Voltage Range: 2.95 V to 5.50 V
capable of delivering up to 3 A of continuous output
Accurate Current Limit Minimizes Inductor Size

2 Applications
The frequency of this device can be adjusted from
