This drawing describes device requirements for MIL-STD-883 compliant, non-JAN class level B microcircuits in accordance with MIL-PRF-38535, appendix A. 1.2 Part or Identifying Number (PIN). The complete PIN is as shown in the following example: 5962-86887 01 C A Drawing number Device type (see 1.2.1) Case outline (see 1.2.2) Lead finish (see 1.2.3) 1.2.1 Device type(s). See MIL-STD-1835 1.4 Recommended operating conditions. Supply voltage (VCC) ............................................................. ±4.5 V dc to ±18 V dc Ambient operating temperature range (TA) ............................. -55°C to +125°C ______ 1/ Unless otherwise specified, all voltages are references to ground. 2/ The inputs are protected by back-to-back diodes. Current limiting resistors are not used in order to achieve low noise. If differential input voltage exceeds ±0.7 V, the input current should be limited to 25 mA. 3/ For TA greater than 106°C, derate linearly at 11.3 mW/°C. |
