(3) The LM3658 has built-in thermal regulation to regulate the die temperature to 120ºC. See Operation Description section for more detail. THERMAL PROPERTIES θJA, Junction-to-Ambient Thermal Resistance (1) 54°C/W (1) Junction-to-ambient thermal resistance is highly application and board-layout dependent. In applications where high maximum power dissipation exists, special care must be paid to thermal dissipation issues in board design. Please refer to application note AN-1187 (SNOA401) for more detail. ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS Unless otherwise noted, VCC (VCHG_IN and/or VUSBpwr) = 5V, VBATT = 3.5V.
